​We finished track season, picked some strawberries, and got a much-needed haircut! Ben got the Workhorse award in track for being consistent, pushing himself and others, and stepping up when his coaches needed him. We are very proud of him!

This month has been filled with track practice, track meets, and carb-loading for all of that running! We are proud of Ben for trying something new and being a good teammate. He always steps up when his coach needs him, and while he’s not the fastest, he has improved every week. Yesterday he ran a 5:58 mile! He is growing up fast, both literally and figuratively!

​We had a wonderful time in NYC after Christmas! This was our big family gift to each other, and we made the most of it! Carriage ride down 5th Avenue, The Met, MoMA, a Broadway show, Times Square, a river cruise to the Statue of Liberty, LEGO, St. Patrick’s, Empire State Building, ice skating in Bryant Park! Feels like we did it all!
